The CFP application process is to be completed online and is designed to be used in conjunction with the detailed user's guide. LEAs are also able to complete Title IV and ED-Flex Waivers as well as the Title I and Homeless reports online through the same link as the e-Application. The links to the guide and to the e-Application and waivers will open new browser windows to allow users to view the guides while completing the application. NOTE: Access to the guides and the allowable uses list requires the use of Adobe
Acrobat Reader.

FY 2009 Online CFP e-Application for Local Educational Agencies (LEAs)
LEAs may use this link to: 1) View past CFP applications; 2) View past amendments; 3) Complete Ed-Flex Waivers for FY 2009; 4) Complete the FY 2009 application; 5) Complete the FY 2008 Title I Report; 6) Complete the FY 2008 Homeless Report and 7) Complete FY 2009 amendments to the application.
- Passwords
Each LEA is annually assigned a new password to gain access to this site. Passwords were distributed at the annual CFP training sessions held in May. LEAs that need passwords should contact Ed Haggett at (802) 828-5400 or ed.haggett@state.vt.us.
- Signatures
The e-Application will be signed using the superintendent’s electronic signature. Each superintendent will need to complete a written certification and use the unique identification code sent by the Vermont Department of Education by registered mail. Superintendents who have not received these documents should contact Liz Rand at (802) 828-3150 or liz.rand@state.vt.us.
